I am a licensed psychologist with fifteen years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults and families cope with life’s challenges and stressors. I offer a warm, caring, empowering, and insightful approach to therapy. Together we will clarify your concerns, identify goals, and develop a plan to help you or your loved one overcome life’s challenges.
My experience includes work with children, adolescents adults, families, and couples. My areas of expertise include: behavioral disorders, trauma, social skills, ADHD, anxiety, school refusal, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. I also conduct psychological evaluations for children and adults. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach while incorporating other interventions such as the creative arts, play, and mindfulness.
I received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and my Master’s Degree from Hahnemann University (currently Drexel University) in Dance/Movement Therapy. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, from outpatient clinics to residential facilitates. I am currently adjunct faculty at Albright College and a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
