I am a licensed psychologist with fifteen years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families cope with life’s challenges and stressors. I offer a warm, caring, empowering, and insightful approach to therapy. Together we will clarify your concerns, identify goals, and develop a plan to help you or your loved one overcome life’s challenges.
My experience includes work with children, adolescents adults, families, and couples. My areas of expertise include behavioral disorders, trauma, social skills, ADHD, anxiety, school refusal, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. I also conduct psychological evaluations for children and adults. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach while incorporating other interventions such as the creative arts, play, and mindfulness.
I received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and my Master’s Degree from Hahnemann University (currently Drexel University) in Dance/Movement Therapy. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, from outpatient clinics to residential facilitates. I am also a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association.
